By accessing or using ParkMeApp’s website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Overview

ParkMeApp (Pvt) Ltd provides a parking software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, allowing users to find, reserve, and manage parking spaces through our platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of ParkMeApp, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use ParkMeApp’s services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any activities that may harm the integrity or performance of our platform.

5. Payment and Billing

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with the use of ParkMeApp’s premium features or services. Payments will be processed securely, and you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. Additionally Car park owners have the authority to change prices or make free parking payable at any time. We are not responsible for any price changes made by owners, and it is the owner’s responsibility to update accurate price rates. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by ParkMeApp, including but not limited to logos, software, and website content, are the property of ParkMeApp (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ParkMeApp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

8. Termination

If misuse of our services is identified, we have the ability to suspend an account or stop any type of service without notice or explanation. ParkMeApp has the right to terminate user accounts or refuse services at its discretion. Users also have the freedom to discontinue the use of the application. In such instances, the deletion of previously saved content cannot be avoided, and ParkMeApp will not be accountable for this.

9. Changes to Terms

ParkMeApp may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Disclosure of Information due to National/Public Security

Disclaimer: ParkMeApp takes no responsibility for vehicles parked in commercial/government/private lots listed on our platform. Parking space owners have the authority to request vehicle removal for security reasons. We cooperate with national/international law enforcement agencies to support efforts towards protecting national security. We retain no user background information. If necessary, we will disclose parking-related information and work with law enforcement agencies to support national security efforts.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
